Recent feedback from our training course:
"It was excellent. Not too long but covered every thing that was needed. The course gave us ample opportunity to ask questions but you didn't feel as if you had to. It was very relaxed and probably one of the best zoom courses I have done."
Diane Thomas, Carre's Grammar School
"It's really helpful to see the leak testing being demonstrated and to be given example numbers and data, as well as links to videos to watch again at a later date. Also really helpful to be able to ask questions to an expert."
Mr Knocker, Teddington
Excellent course, very good interaction between all parties with plenty of time to clarify/ask questions
Nigel Paton, The Manchester College
Does this course allow me to be the RPS (Schools)?
Attendance to this training can be used to demonstrate initial or refresher training for the role of the RPS (Schools). We provide a certificate and training handouts.
I'm a technician, can I attend the training?
Yes. However, it is recommended that the teacher should be the RPS (Schools). As a technician, you will still get a certificate to say you attended the training - and it would be up to your employer (and your RPA) to decide how this is managed. MSX radiation advises that the teacher is the RPS (Schools) and the technician to be the deputy RPS (Schools).
Can my colleague(s) join me on the training?
Your employer can book as many places as they wish - however we don't allow multiple people on one seat. Each paid for seat will get a certificate to demonstrate attendance to the training.
What makes your training different?
Samir is a well known and respected science adviser in this highly specialised field. He is able to mix live discussion, Q&A and quizzes to test knowledge. He can swiftly adapt to the needs of the audience and is confident you will find the training informative and interesting.
How often do you recommend refresher training? Is this course suitable for refresher training?
We recommend refresher training every 5 years, or if there are substantial changes to the regulations, or the advice from CLEAPSS. This course is suitable for initial or refresher training.
